The Colorado Children’s Campaign convenes the Family Planning Access for All Coloradans (FPAAC) Coalition, a group of organizations, advocates, providers and community members dedicated to ensuring that all Coloradans can access the family planning services they need to choose when, how and if they want to have children. Access to family planning services has been correlated with better health, social and financial outcomes for children and families.
This year, FPAAC is prioritizing several Colorado legislative, federal and implementation initiatives focused on expanding access to family planning services, promoting positive maternal health outcomes, increasing access to abortion care and supporting our public health infrastructure.
These include:
- Supporting the Care Without Barriers bill package;
- Opposing threats to reproductive rights;
- Protecting health coverage in Colorado;
- Protecting family planning care; and more!
These priorities all work together to strengthen Colorado’s reproductive health care system.
