Communities across the country are experiencing a significant decrease in access to reproductive health care, including family planning services, in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2022 decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.
Your legislator can direct more funding through the State Budget or “Long Bill” to a program that is proven to work: the Colorado Family Planning Program at the Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE). This program helps young people achieve their education and career goals and build the futures they want for themselves, their families, and their communities.
If you participated in this Action Alert in February, thank you. It is a great time to follow up with your legislator using this updated form – which now focuses on investment through the State Budget.
