In the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2022 decision to overturnRoe v. Wade, communities across the country are experiencing a significant decrease in access to reproductive health care, including family planning services.
Colorado has stepped up to provide timely care for everyone who needs it. The passage of important reproductive health policies puts our state in the position to proudly provide critical reproductive health care to both Coloradans and out-of-state travelers. However, the historic progress Colorado has made in expanding access to family planning services is at risk due to stagnant funding and limited provider capacity.
